History

It was sub leased to SAS and named "Arnold Viking" between August 1967 and November 1968. Once Returned to Kuwait Finance Co. it was sold to Dan Air in March 1971, then to Ladeco as CC-CYI, it was withdrawn from use and stored at Santiago, Chile in November 1994.

BAC 1-11 G-ATPL is taken to its final resting place. The aircraft last operated for Ladeco as CC-CYI. The aircraft flew a total of 52,282 flying hours and a total of 34,190 landings. It was used by the Training Centre of Disasters for mock disasters.
